1806 Thomas Berry sold a piece of property to John Miller on October 4th 1806. This was probably done just prior to Thomas going in search of land in Tennessee where he was killed.The exicution of the deed was done in the February Term 1807 of the Orange County Court. Thomas signed the deed so we know he had not left Orange County by that time.
