JOSHUA BERRY PAGE
Joshua Berry
lived his entire life in Orange County North Carolina.
Since 1850 and up until the present, Joshua and William Berry
descendants are all the Berry families that
remain in Orange County North Carolina.
I found James Berry in Smith County Tennessee and from the names of his
children and the fact that
he was from North Carolina I am almost positive he is the son of
Joshua Berry. In the 1850 census of
Smith County Tennessee James listed a 10 year old son that was born in
Tennessee. He had a daughter
who was 14 years old and was born in North Carolina. This means that he
arrived in Tennessee around
1846 and James would have been 45 years old.
